📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Design, install, and maintain electrical systems using AutoCAD and ETAP.
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
- Develop and implement safety training programs for employees.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant HSE regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational improvements.
- Monitor and analyze electrical system performance to ensure reliability and efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical engineering and HSE.
- Certification in Electrical Safety (e.g., NECA, OSHA).
- Proficient in AutoCAD and ETAP.
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
