📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth running of the restaurant
• Lead and motivate a team of 10-15 employees to maintain high standards of service
• Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
• Manage front-of-house operations, including seating arrangements and table service
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Train and develop new staff members
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Floor Supervisor or similar role in the F&B industry
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Knowledge of POS systems such as QuickBooks or SAP
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the F&B industry
• High school diploma or equivalent, with additional certifications in hospitality management preferred
