In this role, you will work closely with our team to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive client acquisition and retention. You will leverage your knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms to create engaging content, run targeted campaigns, and analyze performance metrics. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing our sales pipeline, nurturing leads, and closing high-value deals.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive client acquisition and retention.
• Create and manage social media campaigns using platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Run targeted email marketing campaigns using tools such as Mailchimp and HubSpot.
• Manage our website content and ensure it is optimized for search engines (SEO).
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the recruitment and immigration industry.
• Manage the sales pipeline, nurture leads, and close high-value deals.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing and sales, preferably in the recruitment or immigration industry.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and Mailchimp.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in digital marketing or a related field is a plus.
