📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Implement and monitor the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001 standards.
• Conduct internal and external audits to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Develop and deliver training programs to educate team members on ISO 9001 requirements.
• Analyze and report on quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain and update quality documentation, including work instructions and records.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our QMS.
• Support the Quality Manager in achieving quality objectives and targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality Systems, with a focus on ISO 9001.
• Certification in ISO 9001 or a related quality standard is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of quality management principles and practices.
• Proficient in using quality management software, such as SAP QM or similar.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
