📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily maintenance activities for electrical and mechanical systems.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules using SAP PM.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks.
• Coordinate with vendors for equipment repairs and replacements.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Monitor and analyze maintenance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Train and mentor junior technicians.
• Manage inventory of spare parts and tools.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance supervision, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
• Certification in SAP PM or similar maintenance management software is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Proven ability to manage and mentor a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and other quality management systems.
