📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the full HR lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and performance management.
• Oversee payroll processing using Workday, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
• Coordinate with department heads to address employee concerns and resolve HR-related issues.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Support the HR team in implementing and monitoring HR metrics and KPIs.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.
• Familiarize yourself with local labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
• Provide guidance and support to the HR team on HR software and systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in a corporate setting.
• Proven experience with HR software such as BambooHR and Workday.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
• Certification in HR operations or a related field is a plus.
