📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform a wide range of hair treatments, including cuts, colorings, and scalp massages.
• Consult with clients to understand their hair and scalp needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
• Maintain the highest standards of hygiene and sanitation in the salon.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in hair and scalp care through continuous learning and professional development.
• Ensure all treatments are performed in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring clients leave the salon satisfied and looking their best.
• Manage the salon's inventory and ensure all supplies are well-stocked and organized.
• Assist in training and mentoring new team members to ensure consistent service quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Hair SPA Therapist or similar role.
• Certification in hair and scalp treatments from a recognized institution.
• Strong knowledge of hair anatomy, physiology, and common hair and scalp conditions.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with salon management software such as SalonSoft or Cutting Edge.
• Proven ability to work in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
