📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain Daikin chiller systems with a focus on efficiency and reliability.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
• Provide expert advice and solutions to clients, helping them achieve their energy-saving goals.
• Work closely with the Daikin team to implement and support new HVAC technologies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to chiller systems.
• Collaborate with local engineers and technicians to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and Daikin product advancements.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC service and maintenance, with a specialization in chiller systems.
• Certification in Daikin chiller systems or equivalent experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in using Daikin service tools and software, such as Daikin Service Tool (DST) and Daikin Service Cloud.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Bali.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel within Bali and nearby areas.
