📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet guests warmly and provide excellent service from the moment they enter the restaurant.
• Assist guests with menu selection, special requests, and dietary restrictions.
• Ensure a clean and well-maintained dining area, including tables, chairs, and restrooms.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and resolve issues to the satisfaction of the guest.
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery.
• Promote our restaurant's special events, promotions, and new menu items to guests.
• Uphold our restaurant's policies and procedures, ensuring a consistent and high-quality guest experience.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor, representing our restaurant with pride and enthusiasm.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality, restaurant service, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Familiarity with Indian cuisine and culture is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
