📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Resolve customer issues and complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records using our CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales and support teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Stay updated with company policies and procedures, and adhere to service level agreements.
• Provide feedback and suggestions for improving our customer service processes.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Promote our products and services to customers, highlighting their benefits and features.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service orientation.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
