📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Leading and managing a team of professionals.

  • Driving the section towards achieving its strategic goals.
  • Providing guidance and support to team members.
  • Monitoring and evaluating the performance of the section.
  • Reporting to senior management on the performance of the section.
  • Identifying and implementing improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the section.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of success in a similar role.
  • Strong strategic thinking and planning skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with HR management and operations is a plus.
  • Fluency in Indonesian is required.
