Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery,Manage staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers,Monitor inventory and ensure food quality and safety,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations,Maintain financial records and manage the restaurant's budget

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management,Proven success in managing a team and driving operational efficiency,Strong understanding of food and beverage operations,Excellent communication and leadership skills,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Knowledge of POS systems and inventory management software,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry
