📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee daily production activities to ensure efficient and high-quality output.,Develop and implement production schedules and plans to meet company goals.,Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production workflows.,Maintain and update production documentation and records.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the workplace.,Conduct regular quality checks and inspections to maintain product standards.,Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Production, Industrial Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in production management or a similar role.,Strong understanding of production processes and best practices.,Proficient in using production management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with quality control and safety procedures.,Ability to travel to the company's location as needed.
