📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and process customer orders accurately and efficiently using our in-house Order Management System (OMS).
• Coordinate with sales teams to ensure all orders are entered correctly and promptly.
• Work with logistics partners to track and manage order shipments, ensuring timely delivery.
• Resolve order discrepancies and customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Monitor and analyze order data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline order fulfillment processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to order management.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all order-related activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in order management or a related role.
• Proficient in using order management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with sales, logistics, and customer service teams.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
• Familiarity with logistics and supply chain processes.
• Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
