Moon Up Sejahtera is seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to oversee our operations in Kulon Progo, DI Yogyakarta. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing daily store activities, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth running of the store.,Manage staff schedules, training, and performance.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets.,Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.,Maintain store inventory and order restocking as needed.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sales and special events.,Participate in inventory management and reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management.,Proven track record of sales growth and customer satisfaction.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work in a hybrid environment.,Understanding of inventory management and reporting.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.,Familiarity with POS systems and retail software.,Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
