📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures,Manage the recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees,Handle employee grievances and resolve conflicts,Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills,Ensure a positive and inclusive work environment

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using HR software and tools,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with recruitment and selection processes,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
