📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain fleet vehicles, including scheduling maintenance and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.,Coordinate with drivers and dispatchers to optimize route planning and fuel management.,Monitor vehicle performance and fuel consumption to identify areas for improvement.,Handle vehicle inspections and repairs, ensuring all vehicles are in optimal condition.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and fuel consumption.,Assist in the procurement of new vehicles and equipment as needed.,Provide exceptional customer service to drivers and ensure their well-being and satisfaction.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in fleet management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and experience driving commercial vehicles is a plus.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is preferred.,Familiarity with local regulations and compliance requirements in Lubuklinggau.
