Food Easy Unggul is seeking a skilled Deputy Technical Writer to join our team in Canggu, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for our software products. You will work closely with our development team to ensure that our documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and user-friendly.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Create and maintain technical documentation for our software products
  • Work closely with our development team to ensure that our documentation is accurate and up-to-date
  • Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to gather information and requirements for our documentation
  • Review and edit documentation to ensure clarity, consistency, and accuracy
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing
  • Provide training and support to other team members as needed
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of our documentation strategy
  • Meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in technical writing, computer science, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in technical writing, preferably in the software industry
  • Strong understanding of technical writing principles and best practices
  • Experience with software development tools and methodologies
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with Markdown and other documentation tools
