📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to meet departmental needs.,Conduct job analyses to determine the skills, knowledge, and abilities required for each role.,Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to identify the most suitable candidates.,Schedule and conduct interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.,Coordinate with hiring managers to provide feedback on candidates and support the decision-making process.,Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve our processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and technologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant recruitment software.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian is a plus.
