📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the procurement process, including sourcing and negotiating with suppliers.,Maintain and update the company's inventory management system.,Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with company policies.,Prepare and submit purchase orders, invoices, and other related documents.,Conduct regular inventory checks and reconcile discrepancies.,Collaborate with the purchasing team to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies.,Provide support to the purchasing manager in various tasks and projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong understanding of purchasing processes and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office.,Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proven track record of working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
