📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage patient inquiries and provide accurate information about our services.
• Schedule and reschedule appointments using our in-house CRM system, FilmoreCare.
• Assist patients with insurance and billing inquiries.
• Coordinate with our healthcare providers to ensure patients receive timely and efficient care.
• Maintain a high level of patient satisfaction by addressing concerns and feedback.
• Stay updated with the latest healthcare trends and best practices.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or healthcare support roles.
• Proficient in using CRM systems, specifically FilmoreCare.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with healthcare terminology and processes.
