📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and cultural fit.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and coordinate the recruitment process.,Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.,Maintain a strong understanding of the local labor market and industry trends.,Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and KPIs to the management team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
