Oversee the daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and staff scheduling.,Ensure that the store is clean, well-organized, and that all products are displayed in an attractive and organized manner.,Work closely with the sales team to ensure that customers receive the best possible service and that their shopping experience is enjoyable.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance and customer satisfaction.,Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed and that all staff members are properly trained and supervised.,Work with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional events and campaigns to drive sales and increase customer loyalty.,Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure that the store is well-stocked and that products are of the highest quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a retail or store operations management role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with retail management software and systems is a plus.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
