📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.,Prepare and present sales reports to management and stakeholders.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.,Provide regular updates on sales activities and market trends.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in field sales or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding revenue goals.,Strong communication and negotiation skills.,Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and sales CRM software.,Knowledge of the urban development industry is a plus.
