Shop Spot Cemerlang is looking for a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing a team of employees, and ensuring that our store meets all customer service and sales targets. This is a remote position, allowing you to manage your team from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support.,Monitor sales performance and work with the team to meet and exceed targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in training new employees to ensure they are up to standard.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in retail or a similar industry.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Experience with remote management and team coordination.,Familiarity with retail operations and customer service best practices.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
