As a Learning & Development Specialist, you'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs that align with our company's strategic goals. You'll work closely with department heads to understand their training needs and develop solutions that drive performance and engagement. With a focus on continuous improvement, you'll measure the impact of your initiatives and make data-driven decisions to refine our learning strategies.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and deliver training programs that align with company objectives and employee development needs.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify training requirements and develop tailored solutions.
• Create and manage e-learning modules using Articulate 360 and other authoring tools.
• Conduct needs assessments, workshops, and coaching sessions to enhance employee skills and performance.
• Utilize Cornerstone OnDemand to track and report on training progress and outcomes.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on employee training and development.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs using LMS platforms like Cornerstone OnDemand.
• Certification in instructional design or a related field is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to measure and report on training outcomes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience working in a global or multicultural environment is a plus.
