Fresh Hub Ekspansindo is looking for a dynamic and experienced Lead Learning Development to join our team in Kuningan. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating learning and development programs that enhance employee skills and performance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and implement learning and development programs that align with the company's strategic goals.,Identify training needs and develop training materials, including workshops, e-learning modules, and coaching sessions.,Conduct training sessions and provide coaching to employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to ensure that learning and development initiatives are integrated into the overall business strategy.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development to continuously improve the programs.,Provide leadership and mentorship to the Learning and Development team to ensure the delivery of high-quality training programs.,Measure and report on the impact of learning and development initiatives on employee performance and business outcomes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a proven track record of designing and implementing successful training programs.,Strong understanding of adult learning theories and principles.,Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant training technologies.,Experience in conducting needs analysis, designing training programs, and evaluating training effectiveness.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven recommendations.
