📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, both existing and potential.,Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience.,Manage inventory and ensure optimal stock levels to meet customer demand.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Train and mentor junior sales staff to ensure high performance standards.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and services.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using sales software and CRM systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with retail industry trends and best practices.,Ability to travel and work in a hybrid environment.
