📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and train a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets.,Implement and enforce store policies and procedures to maintain high standards.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to maintain product availability.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to drive sales.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven experience in leading and managing a retail team.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and best practices.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.
